Envision Military Network

About the Envision Military Network

The Envision Military Network is a four-week group networking and professional development series for all military-connected students at the University of Florida. We openly welcome all Veterans, active-duty service members, National Guard members, military Reservists, military dependents and spouses at the undergraduate and graduate levels to sign up and participate.
The Envision Military Network is supported by the Collegiate Veterans Success Center (CVSC) and the Career Connections Center (C3), and is designed to develop (or advance) a variety of skills needed for academic and professional success.
All incoming military-connected students are encouraged to participate in order to get to know more about the University of Florida, Gainesville, and connect with the military community. Additionally, all current students are eligible to serve as group facilitators—allowing the opportunity to both participate in all the workshops and events and to gain impactful leadership and communication skills along the way.

Events and Workshops

The Envision Military Network program includes a Kickoff Event off-campus, a closing event with the entire UF military-connected community, and four one-hour workshops. For each session, the weekly workshop topics are:

Week 1: Connection to Civilian Community

Week 2: Translating Your Competence

Week 3: Confidence in Transition

Week 4: Commitment to the Plan
